We use the data to answer enquiries, manage availability requests, prepare nautical experience proposals and maintain the necessary communication before a possible trip.

No automated profiling is carried out, there is no active newsletter and the data is not used for automated marketing campaigns from this website.

The main legal basis is the consent of the person who sends the form or voluntarily contacts Mola Boats.

When an enquiry progresses towards a booking, there may also be a pre-contractual basis for managing the request.
