Last updated: July 2026

Nature of the booking

Mola Boats experiences are private skippered boat trips. The website allows users to request information or availability, but it does not process online payments or automatically confirm bookings.

Confirmation

The booking will only be confirmed when Mola Boats expressly communicates availability, conditions and the steps required to formalise it. Final confirmation procedure: TO BE DEFINED BY MOLA BOATS.

Changes

Any change of date, time, boat, experience or number of passengers must be checked directly with Mola Boats. Specific change conditions: TO BE DEFINED BY MOLA BOATS.

Cancellations

The cancellation policy, possible refunds, deadlines and applicable causes must be defined and validated by Mola Boats before final publication. TO BE DEFINED BY MOLA BOATS.

Weather and itinerary

All routes are subject to wind, sea state and the skipper’s judgement. The planned itinerary may be modified to prioritise safety, passenger comfort and care for the boat.

Safety and skipper

Trips are carried out with a skipper. Safety instructions given on board must be followed throughout the experience.

Maximum capacity

Each boat has an authorised maximum capacity. Yatay and Magari may have different limits, which will be shown in the information for each experience.

Punctuality

The meeting and boarding time will be confirmed before each trip. Effects of delays or no-show: TO BE DEFINED BY MOLA BOATS.
